Main objective of the project was to develop, publish and support an e-Learning course on Mortgage Loans that would be delivered to a specific audience of learners; the employees of EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A., through the hosted solution of a Learning Management System (LMS) managed, monitored and supported by Athens Technology Center (ATC) S.A. The hosting and support services of the LMS are part of a service contract that will run until the end of 2010.

Creating attractive and interactive learning content was, inter alia, the main challenge of this project that the Human Capital Management System team addressed by using a proven and effective methodology to manage e-Learning projects, whether simple or complex. Creating high-quality e-Learning solutions requires a precise, well-defined approach. This process drives efficiency and allows ATC to deliver exceptional quality in a short time frame.

As part of the service contract, ATC provided a fully outsourced Learning Management System (LMS) solution that supports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 courses. The HCMS team installed the LMS on its servers in order to host, monitor and support EFG EUROBANK e-learning programme until the end 2010.
