The aim of the project is to rapidly design, develop and publish web-based interactive learning content, quizzes, and assessments as well as tutor guides for groups of ICT qualified learners working in Greek Local Government organisations. The learning objective is to provide advanced knowledge and training to a very specific pool of employees (Managers, IT experts, etc…), who are interested in acquiring top-level BPM skills.

Athens Technology Center S.A., the main contractor, and DAEM S.A. delivered a curriculum, which includes 4 courses. These courses are consisted of 35 SCORM conformant modules as well as assessments, quizzes and online and printable tutor guides and support tools, all developed through the rapid e-learning process. The content is cross- platform compatible and licensed under a Creative Commons License and was published and uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) of the Institute for Local Government.

The project began in July 2009 and was completed in September 2009.
