The aim of the project is the migration of the Learning Management System (LMS) of Emporiki Bank from IBM Lotus to Saba Learning.

Athens Technology Center (ATC) S.A. was awarded the service contract by Emporiki Bank    on the basis of the deep level of expertise that the service provider has achieved in the implementation of Saba’s solution. More to this ATC S.A. is Saba’s primary service provider in Greece.

The project plans were implemented in a tight schedule and most deliverables have been completed as scheduled albeit the work carried out under the contract has not yet been completed. The project is currently in its penultimate phase, which is the delivery of training through f-2-f seminars, workshops and on-the-job-training of Emporiki Bank’s IT and business administrators of the newly installed and configured Saba LMS.

ATC will provide on-demand professional services regarding potential maintenance and technical support by request of the customer. On-demand services will be available under a Time and Materials arrangement and will expire a year after the service contract’s start date.

The project began in April 2010 and will end in April 2011.
