Sub-project 8 is a Service Level Agreement for managing the training activities through e-Learning initially for 5,000 users and at the end of the project for 15,500 users,  who are responsible for operating SIZEFXIS in their agencies, offering a 1st level support, promoting its usage, etc (an average of 3 persons from each agency).

The contractor (ATC-Exodus-01P consortium) is responsible for installing the necessary software licenses of a Learning Management System, a Virtual Classroom, an authoring Tool, along with all the necessary infrastructure (Hardware and System Software, Database, an NMS for monitoring the SLA, etc...) at the Central offices of the School of Public Administration and operating them for 3 years (January 1st 2006 through December 31st 2009, originally planned to end at the end of 2008, the contract was extended until the end of 2009) in a Service Level Agreement form.
