The aim of the project is to create an e-Learning system of Management Organisation Unit S.A. (MOU) that will enhance the organisation’s methods for training and development of human resources across the board. The e-learning system was designed and implemented by the consortium of companies, Athens Technology Center S.A. and 01P S.A. 

The system is web-based and delivers training to 1,400 end-users. Moreover, it allows MOU to introduce more flexible ways of organising and providing knowledge and learning activities, better suited to the pressured and complex environment in which CSF / NSRF personnel operates. The MOU system provides a blended learning solution composed of asynchronous learning (Web Based Training), synchronous learning (Virtual Classrooms) and collaborative learning (Forum, Online Chat etc...) through online communities and ad hoc learning activities.

MOU e-learning delivers targeted training in the following modules:

• technical knowledge and procedures on co funded development programmes / projects (12 tailor-made courses)
• project management (13 off-the-shelf courses)
• personal skills (18 off-the-shelf courses)
• ?? skills (68 off-the-shelf courses)
• foreign language skills in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish (off-the-shelf courses)

The project began in July 2006 and was completed in October 2009.
