This project aims to the implementation, installation and support of the eLibrary for the Management Information of the Information Society S.A., the body which is assigned to co-ordinate and supervise the implementation of large scale 7-year duration Modernization Programme for the whole Public Sector.

The system supports:

• Document Digitalization
• Electronic document registry
• Electronic Communication and Collaboration
• Document Management and Knowledge Database formation
• Document Work flows
• Interfaces with special project monitoring tools

ATC’s DOCASSET® advanced system for document management and routing has been used for the implementation as well as MS SharePoint Portal Server and MS Project Server 2003.

The project has been implemented entirely on the Net platform, SQL Server 2000 and the following services have been used .Net, XML, XSL HTML, Web Services.
