This project refers to the implementation, installation and support of the RAPTARHIS project implementing an eLibrary for automating the management of and access of students and professionals to the Greek Legislation.

• RAPTARHIS is a web-based system supporting:

• Communication, collaboration, resource allocation

 and enabling:

• Document Digitalization
• Electronic document registry
• Electronic Communication and Collaboration
• Document Management and Knowledge Database formation
• Document Work flows
• Regulatory Impact Assessment

ATC’s DOCASSET®, an advanced solution for document management and routing, has been used for the implementation of the relevant functionality. The project has been implemented on Microsoft’s .Net platform, and Oracle DB and the following services have been used : .Net, XML, XSL HTML, Web Services

The system fully complies with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative standards.
