Athens Technology Center (ATC) sponsored and participated in the e-Learning & HRMS Forum that was held at OTEAcademy on June 22th in Athens, Greece. During the course of this one-day event HR, Training and IT Directors from the corporate and public sector presented their success stories, case studies and best practices for designing, developing and deploying e-learning and human capital management (HCM) strategies. Additionally, throughout the day professionals from the entire HR spectrum shared and exchanged views on the role of e-learning technology as a tool for improving the development of talent within the organisation and the impact of learning on employee performance.

ATC contributed a comprehensive assessment on the future of HCM based on its deep knowledge and expertise of major e-learning projects in the Greek public sector (NSPH’S e-school, MOU’s e-learning system, Syzefxis Sub-project 8: Learning Portal).  ATC also introduced incollege the premier human capital management solution for corporate learning and training.
